Personable Pepe

Pepe Dominguez is one of the janitors at Jurupa Valley High School and this is his seventeenth year working at the school.

He is usually seen between and during classes picking up trash and making small talk with passing students or members of the staff.

The most interesting thing that has happened to Dominguez during his time at the school was the construction of the Jaguar Stadium.

Pepe enjoys his job here at JVHS and he said, “If I didn’t, I wouldn’t be here.”

Even though Dominguez enjoys his job as a janitor at JVHS, he is not at the school to pick up after students. It is still the students’ responsibility to pick up after themselves and to throw their trash away.

If students see Pepe in the hallways, they should stop and say hello and thank you.
